San Diego, Ca // New York, NY
Around the end of my program at the Art Institute in New York. I interned for a product and commercial photographer named Satoshi Kobayashi. There I learned some of the in and outs about commercial/product photography. I learned what it took to create perfect lighting in a studio setting. The techniques he taught me would bring me to where I am today. At M Booth, I wasn’t only a designer but I was also the head photographer for the whole agency. I’ve shot a lot of social content for Google, Nivea, Honest Tea, new business pitches and a handful of spirit brands. Here I used what I learned from the past to create premium photography for our clients. I’ve also photographed a ton of PR events, mainly small pop up shops around Manhattan that involved a lot of booze and food. I’d capture candids, celebrities, and interior spaces.
As far as professional freelance work, I strongly focus on product, food, lifestyle and interior spaces. Headshots is something I truly enjoy as well.
For quality photographs, please contact me for any inquiries. I’d love to work with you and have fun!
Photography has just been my number one passion. For about 10+ years I’ve been taking pictures everyday . I’ve dabbled in weddings, fashion, music and so on. But nothing compares to what I enjoy shooting today which is contemporary Americana landscapes in both rural and urban places. Some of the subjects I capture are old cars, vintage architecture, and things people wouldn’t usually photograph. All in all, I like to create a visual story with my camera to describe the city, town, or landmark I’m in. Composition is what I strive for the most. However, when I’m in New York City I love to photograph the creatures that dwell within the concrete canyons. From the subway to the streets of Brooklyn, the city is a constant ameba and a camera flash helps me stop the NY minute.
