Sol Mind Moves is a fitness studio & virtual class library created by Zurishaddai Ruiz Neira. It is a subscription service offering movement classes focused on joint health & mindfulness.
Sol Mind Moves also offer livestream classes, workshops, and private classes.

VISION
While many folks start a yoga practice with a physical goal in mind, my desire to begin a yoga practice (and later create my own business) came from my challenges with trauma and mental illness. At Sol Mind Moves we use movement as a tool to support both mind and body, in a functional rather than a perfectionist or superficial manner.
